Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada) to join the HR team. You will identify, attract, and retain top talent, collaborating with HRBPs and managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle and act as an Airbus ambassador at events. The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic sourcing, and a strong understanding of the aerospace talent market, with a hybrid onsite work model in Mirabel three

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment (end-to-end) at multiple levels (admin, technical, professional, managerial).
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in administration, HR or related field.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, schools and candidates.
• Ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Autonomy and initiative in daily work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required for this role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to influence others.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment process.
• Provide customer service and understand workforce needs to achieve objectives.
• Coach managers on processes and best practices in recruitment.
• Attract, source and hire candidates and stay competitive in the aerospace market.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and prepare job offers with HR team.
