MHIRJ, based in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking a Temporary Procurement Agent to ensure smooth flow of materials, supplier performance, and optimized procurement operations. You will manage PR-to-PO processes, quotes without contracts, and expediting critical orders while collaborating with logistics and AOG teams.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 1–5 years in procurement, and experience with ERP systems.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or logistics.
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing is an asset.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and procurement tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end PR to PO process for assigned work-packages.
• Manage end-to-end quote process for parts procurement without contracts.
• Expedite urgent orders and coordinate with suppliers to resolve delays.
• Resolve order discrepancies, rejections, and claims with suppliers.
• Coordinate with AOG team to prioritize critical orders.
