Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Program Manager, Operations Focus in Dorval to lead a cross-functional portfolio of aerospace projects. You will drive schedules, budgets, and strategic goals, coordinating with engineering, procurement, planning and production to deliver high-impact programs.

You will mentor diverse teams, monitor risks, and report progress to senior leaders. The role requires a university degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience in a production environment, with French/English

Qualifications

• University degree in business, logistics, engineering, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, results oriented, leadership.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace testing and certification processes.
• Organized, self-motivated with leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint; database management.
• Experience using ERP systems; SAP is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Articulate program goals and their business impact.
• Own development and management of strategies, schedules and budgets.
• Establish and track metrics; prepare status reports and adjust plans.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Present schedules and business cases to senior management.
• Identify risks with mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Methods, Logistics and Quality teams.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams including Engineering and Production.
• Support development of manufacturing strategies for new products.
