This role focuses on coordinating configuration management activities, ensuring accurate project data, and implementing CM plans in line with regulatory requirements. On-site Montreal presence required; English knowledge for client interactions outside Quebec.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years in aerospace engineering or product development.
• Experience in regulated development environments.
• Strong CM processes, methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of PLM and configuration control practices.
• System/hardware/software integration principles.
• Experience maintaining configuration baselines and engineering changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all configuration management activities across assigned projects.
• Adapt and execute the CM framework per requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of project data in CM system.
• Develop and maintain Configuration Management Plans.
• Manage configuration identification and baselines.
• Organize and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Monitor and report configuration status throughout lifecycle.
• Plan Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
• Coach teams on CM best practices.
• Support change management activities and design changes.
