MANNARINO Systems & Software Inc. is a leader in safety-critical systems, software, hardware and certification engineering services to aerospace, defense and space industries.

On-site in Montreal, you will lead engineering activities for avionics and flight control programs, driving lifecycle definitions, design, integration, verification, and certification. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage development plans, and ensure tech excellence while navigating DO-254, DO-178 and ARP4754

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Systems or Aerospace Engineering.
• Extensive experience designing and certifying airborne electronics.
• Experience planning and tracking engineering development activities.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong systems engineering processes and verification.
• Knowledge of DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754.
• Experience with suppliers in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities for avionics and flight control programs.
• Define and manage the engineering development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers on hardware and system solutions.
• Provide leadership to a team of system engineering specialists.
• Support certification activities and customer design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with DO-254/DO-178 and ARP4754.
• Assist customer service and sustainment teams with technical resolve.
