MDA Space in Richmond, Canada is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Coordinator to lead configuration management for software and hardware within the CADM team, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements. You will collaborate with engineers and managers to define CM plans, establish baselines, and perform audits, leveraging tools such as GIT, JIRA, Subversion, AGILE, FileHold and SharePoint.

A diploma in applied science or engineering technology and 5+ years in CM/engineering are

Qualifications

Diploma in applied science or engineering technology.
CM-II or equivalent certification is an asset.
5+ years in software, CM, or hardware/systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Drive CM strategies for software and hardware design, development, and integration.
Author CM plans describing the CM approach for a project/product.
Establish configuration baselines for deliverable software and hardware items.
Maintain changes in configuration item disposition, location, status, etc.
Maintain changes in externally referenced items including government-furnished equipment/info.
Generate reports listing differences from prior baselines (as-built reports).
Conduct CM audits of items and deliverables as required.
Administer CM tools and provide end-user support.
Support QA process audits of the CM function.
