SISIP Financial is seeking an Advisory Practice Specialist, Insurance to help develop and execute insurance strategy, plans and communications that improve client and advisor experience, growth, profitability and business outcomes.

You will coach advisors on insurance solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to design training, and support enhancements to processes and service standards, including surveys to gauge awareness and satisfaction and to identify interest in new services.

Qualifications

  • CLU designation or equivalent insurance credential.
  • College diploma or higher; university/college equivalent experience.
  • Licensed in insurance with LLQP.
  • Post-secondary education required.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian insurance products.

  • Assist with the development and creation of insurance practice strategies, plans and communications to achieve desired client and advisor experience, growth, profitability and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to advisors in the provision of financial advice and expertise in insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training strategies and solutions and identify training needs.
  • Provide support in the enhancement of processes and services standards.
  • Manage the administration of surveys to analyze and identify awareness, usage and satisfaction levels of services, as well as interest in new services.
  • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of service delivery standards, approach and strategies to achieve desired member experience.

Job description

As the Advisory Practice Specialist, Insurance, you will assist with the development and creation of insurance practice strategies, plans and communications to achieve desired client and advisor experience, growth, profitability and business objectives. You will also provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to advisors in the provision of financial advice and expertise in insurance solutions.

The Advisory Practice Specialist, Insurance will collaborate with stakeholders to develop training strategies and solutions and identify training needs. Additionally, you will provide support in the enhancement of processes and services standards, manage the administration of surveys to analyze and identify awareness, usage and satisfaction levels of services, as well as interest in new services.
