As the Advisory Practice Specialist, Insurance, you will assist with the development and creation of insurance practice strategies, plans and communications to achieve desired client and advisor experience, growth, profitability and business objectives. You will also provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to advisors in the provision of financial advice and expertise in insurance solutions.
The Advisory Practice Specialist, Insurance will collaborate with stakeholders to develop training strategies and solutions and identify training needs. Additionally, you will provide support in the enhancement of processes and services standards, manage the administration of surveys to analyze and identify awareness, usage and satisfaction levels of services, as well as interest in new services.

This position is based in Ottawa with flexibility to work from SISIP's national office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.
