Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an Advisor, TA Operations to support Talent Acquisition systems and processes from its Deerfield, IL headquarters. The role focuses on system governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across TA initiatives.

You will manage vendors, contracts, PRs, POs, and audits while partnering with HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business or analytics.
  • Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR operations.
  • Experience with recruiting technologies and ATS systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational support resource for Talent Acquisition systems and initiatives.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition vendors, contracts, invoices, PRs and POs.
  • Govern SuccessFactors Recruiting modules including audits and access.
  • Be the primary contact for TA system issues and drive resolution.
  • Coordinate TA reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data insights.
  • Develop presentations and reporting materials for TA leadership.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements (SOX, KPMG).
  • Administer TA communications, SharePoint and resources.
  • Lead TA projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with internal teams and vendors.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary operational support resource for Talent Acquisition systems, processes, and initiatives
  • Manage Talent Acquisition vendors, contracts, invoices, purchase requisitions (PRs), and purchase orders (POs)
  • Administer and govern SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM/RMK), including system audits, user access, compliance activities, and process improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact for Talent Acquisition-related system issues and enhancement requests, partnering with HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to drive resolution
  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data insights to support business decisions and operational effectiveness
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for Talent Acquisition leadership
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX, KPMG, and other compliance requirements
  • Administer Talent Acquisition communications, SharePoint sites, shared mailboxes, and operational resources
  • Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including system integrations, recruiting process enhancements, and other strategic priorities
  • Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational support
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, or HR systems
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, generating reports, and providing meaningful business insights
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK)
  • Experience supporting vendor management and procurement processes
  • Experience with audits, compliance programs, and governance activities
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI

The salary range for this role, in Deerfield, IL, is between $75,300 - $118,250. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
