Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global HRIS to drive our HR technology transformation across SuccessFactors and Workforce Software. You will partner with HR, IT and business leaders to standardize processes, enhance user experiences, and enable scalable global HR capabilities.

The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into system functionality, improving data quality, and delivering impactful HR tech solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 6+ years experience.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred).
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workforce Software, ServiceNow, and SAP ECC is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience working across HR and IT functions in a delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, driving measurable improvements in effectiveness, adoption, and business impact of HR technology solutions.
• Drive adoption and sustained use of global HR processes and systems, balancing standardization with local requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable functional requirements for system design and delivery.
• Own resolution of system issues by identifying root causes and driving sustainable fixes.
• Lead delivery with IT for system enhancements to improve employee experience and data quality.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of system changes by leading testing strategy and validating outcomes.
• Drive release readiness by coordinating cross-functional communication and adoption.
• Lead change management strategies to drive engagement for new capabilities.
• Partner with HR Data Governance for data definitions and oversight.
• Lead workstreams in global HR tech projects, including implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Own prioritization and intake of HR tech requests aligned to business priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure high-quality delivery of system changes by leading testing strategy and validating outcomes against business objectives
• Drive successful release outcomes by coordinating cross-functional readiness, communication, and adoption
• Drive engagement and readiness for new capabilities through effective change management strategies
• Partner with the HR Data Governance team to ensure alignment on data definitions and oversight
• Lead workstreams within global HR technology projects, including implementations, integrations, and system upgrades
• Own prioritization and intake of HR technology requests, ensuring alignment to business priorities
• Lead working groups to review system issues, enhancements, and roadmap priorities
• Stay informed on HR technology trends and bring forward recommendations to enable Nutrien’s digital HR roadmap

What You’ll Bring:
