Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and marketing tools (HubSpot, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel promotion, communication, and go-to-market plans.
• Produce and coordinate advertising campaigns, mass email communications, and promotional content in digital and print formats.
• Plan, write, and distribute communications (emails, articles, presentations) for diverse audiences.
• Define key messages and ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across communications.
• Integrate content into platforms, optimize distribution lists, and manage calendars and timelines.
• Analyze campaign and communication performance, leveraging Excel insights for improvements.
• Contribute to evolving marketing practices through automation, personalization, and AI usage.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and sales events, including logistics and advisor experiences.

• Analyze campaign and communication performance, including advanced use of Excel, and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement;
• Actively contribute to the evolution of marketing and communication practices through automation, personalization, and extensive use of artificial intelligence;
• Participate in change management initiatives related to products, tools, and business processes;
• Plan and coordinate marketing and sales events, including logistics, advisor experience initiatives, customer engagement activities, and related documentation.

• Possesses a solid understanding of marketing practices and market dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with French-speaking colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
• Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the incumbent will be expected to read, understand, and draft numerous business documents, participate in meetings, and collaborate with English-speaking sales teams on a daily basis.
