Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an Advisor, Policy and Procedures to shape and sustain policies for contract rate customers and harmonized services.

You will collaborate with account managers, engineering, operations, and sales to ensure consistent policy interpretation and effective training materials, while monitoring regulatory developments and guiding issue resolution.

As an Advisor, Policy and Procedures, you will help shape, implement, and sustain policies and processes that support the contract rate market and the delivery of harmonized services. What You Will Do

• Develop, implement, and sustain policies and processes that support contract rate customers and harmonized services.
• Partner with account managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Connect engineering, operations, and sales teams to promote consistent interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
• Lead policy sustainment activities, information sessions, and the development of supporting procedures and training materials.
• Coordinate customer and employee communications, including newsletters, meeting materials, publication schedules, and assigned website content.
• Monitor regulatory developments and serve as a key resource for policy- and process-related questions.
• Investigate and help resolve technical and/or operational issues that arise from time-to-time due to changes in policies and procedures by working with teams across operations, engineering, construction, and capacity planning.

Who You Are

• You have post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least four years of relevant work experience.
• You bring strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• You have demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and supporting organizational change.
• You apply sound analytical and critical-thinking skills to investigate issues, evaluate information, and recommend practical solutions.
• You are highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with working experience using Power BI and Copilot.
• Experience supporting contract customers or working within a utility or government environment is considered an asset.
• Experience in gas management services, gas supply, capacity planning, policy and procedure development, or project management is an asset. A project management professional designation would also be an advantage.

Working Conditions

• The role involves regular collaboration with account management, sales, engineering, operations, construction, and planning teams.
• Work includes facilitating meetings, preparing communications and training materials, maintaining digital resources, and responding to policy, technical, or operational questions.

Base Salary

• Base salary ranges from $81,090 - $100,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
• Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
