Job summary

Apple is seeking an Advisor to lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of a Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. In this part-time role, you will guide staff, demonstrate products, and nurture customer relationships while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

You will grow Apple business by engaging customers, providing demonstrations, and training partner staff, all while maintaining Apple's merchandising standards and ensuring a high-quality customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Sell directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage our partner’s staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple.

Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.

In this part-time position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
