Pomerleau is seeking a Campus Recruitment Advisor to attract and engage emerging talent across Canada. Based in Toronto or Ottawa, you will lead full-cycle campus recruitment, build university partnerships, and represent the company at career fairs with travel across Canada (~25%).

As Campus Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging top emerging talent across Canada. You will lead campus recruitment initiatives, build strong relationships with academic institutions, and support the continued growth of our internship program.
This position is based out of our Toronto office, located at 185 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON M9C 5L5 or Ottawa office, located at 343 Preston St, Ottawa ON K1S 1N4.
This role is offered as a 6-month contract to start, with a strong intention of becoming permanent. As Pomerleau continues its rapid growth across Canada, we anticipate ongoing needs within the Talent Acquisition team, making this an exciting opportunity to join an organization with long-term career potential.
