Job summary

Bell in Mississauga is seeking a Technician - Advanced, Business Technician I (Help Desk L1 surveillance) to join a 24/7 service desk handling surveillance and ticket management for customers across critical sectors.

The role requires a college diploma in electronics or telecommunications, English fluency, CCNA knowledge, and the ability to work hybrid shifts in Canada. Training and background checks apply, with a comprehensive benefits package and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• CCNA knowledge and familiarity with network technologies.
• Basic understanding of LAN/MAN/WAN/VoIP.
• Experience with IPVPN, MPLS, and broadband services.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveillance and troubleshooting on customer’s Network equipment
• Perform Ticket Management (Keep customer informed on status of service assurance activities until resolution)
• Manage workload with efficiency taking into consideration priorities
• Collaborate actively with different partners/suppliers
• Apply escalation procedures when necessary
• Maintain knowledge in Products and Services sold by Bell
• The successful candidate may be required to perform other tasks as required.
