In addition to performing the responsibilities of a Supplier Account Specialist, you will serve as the Procurement Manager’s right-hand partner across all procurement activities.
In this role, you will share responsibility for overseeing supplier performance and ensuring the on‑time delivery of quality parts. You will also contribute to managing supplier development activities at supplier sites.
You will support the Strategic Sourcing organization in identifying and selecting suppliers, as well as developing strategic partnerships. In addition, you will work closely with the Supplier Quality function to manage and resolve production non‑conformances.
Finally, you will play a key role in developing the team by identifying learning needs, coaching your colleagues, and collaborating with the Workforce Development function to implement appropriate learning solutions.
The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on‑site.

Travel and variable schedules may also be required for interactions with suppliers, partners, and internal sites (manufacturing and assembly).
What do you need to be successful?
This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
