Job summary

TEEMA in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Level 1 Change Management Professional to advise on change initiatives and support the implementation of company projects with quality and on time delivery.

The role focuses on creating and delivering training, engaging stakeholders, and developing sustainment plans to ensure successful adoption of changes within project environments.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and context.
  • Translate subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
  • Design and develop basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information briefs.
  • Apply company guidelines, standards, and templates in creating materials.
  • Plan and manage training delivery to target audiences.
  • Execute and support the training delivery approach.
  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned.
  • Plan and execute corrective measures as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and implementation of change management plans by conducting current state and future state needs assessments across multiple disciplines to support the organization through change.
  • Support the development and delivery of change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, training, and communications by collaborating with multiple stakeholders for the successful adoption of change programs.
  • Apply change tactics for process, technical, and system changes by using good knowledge of change management techniques to support people through change.
  • Deliver relevant progress reports with supporting metrics by planning, creating, and facilitating presentations using advanced skills in MS Office to keep multiple stakeholders in the organization informed of project status and change impacts.
  • Analyze stakeholder engagement and develop qualitative reports through the course of the project by using databases, information systems, surveys, and tools to track stakeholder impacts and communications delivered so that change management plans are adjusted as needed
  • Collect scheduling inputs from business groups to develop and manage training schedules
  • Execute training logistics to ensure successful delivery of all training
  • Analyze data and develop reports by using databases, information systems, surveys and tools to track training delivery metrics
  • Support the development of user-friendly technical training materials and courses to support successful adoption

Job Title: Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) Project (L1) Job ID: 89638 Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Overview: The Change Management Professional Level 1, with support/guidance from a Senior Change Management professional, advises on change initiatives and performs change management activities, enabling successful implementation of the company projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.

What you will be doing:

What you must have:
  • A minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in designing, developing, and delivering training within a project environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team and the business to support gathering and confirming training requirements and organizational context.
  • Support assessing and translating subject matter into content that can be easily understood by target audiences.
  • Support the design and development of basic training materials for low impact changes such as presentations, job aids, guides, information brief.
  • Apply the companyguidelines, standards, and templates in creating materials.
  • Plan and manage training delivery to target audiences.
  • Execute and support the training delivery approach (e.g. deliver content where appropriate or enable others to deliver).
  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of training materials and delivery including lessons learned.
  • Plan and execute corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop sustainment plan for training.
  • Hand over sustainment plan and training materials to business operations.
  • Quick learner and able to synthesize and make sense of information from multiple sources
  • Organized, self-starter, and takes initiative
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Experience with Camtasia, Video editing software (e.g. Movie Maker), an asset

Salary/Rate Range: $41.00 -$50.00 per hour

Term:12-months contract; most likely to extend
