Job summary

Fraser Academy, an independent two-person admissions team, seeks an Admissions Associate to manage the full-cycle day school admissions process. You will balance empathetic family interactions with meticulous administrative execution, guiding families from inquiry and campus tours through Level B testing, file evaluation, enrollment, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive admissions or recruitment experience within an independent school or higher education setting.
• Experience with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Psycho-Ed’s.
• Certification coursework required for Level B testing if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle day school admissions from inquiry to onboarding.
• Guide families through testing, file evaluation, enrollment, and onboarding as primary contact.
• Maintain student records in Blackbaud and Google Suite in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to update admissions web content and manage promotional inventory.
• Co-lead the annual re-enrollment process and support tuition relief discussions.
