Primacorp Ventures is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead the CDI College and Vancouver Career College admissions teams in the Greater Vancouver area. You will coach a team of Admissions Representatives to meet enrollment targets while upholding ethical, student-centric practices.

You will collaborate with the Regional Director of Admissions, manage end-to-end enrollment processes, track weekly KPIs, and drive community events that promote program starts and student success.

Qualifications

• Admissions experience required — minimum 2+ years in post-secondary or career college admissions.
• 3–5+ years of proven consultative sales, account management, or recruitment experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and daily support to campus admissions representatives.
• Conduct performance reviews focusing on conversion metrics and enrollment KPIs.
• Set work schedules to align with demand and inquiry volume.
• Mentor and train staff in partnership with Regional Director of Admissions.
• Drive team culture, ensure ethical standards and compliance.
