AdventHealth Riverview in Florida is seeking a licensed RN for a full-time role to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care from admission to discharge. You will collaborate with a wide care team to assess needs, develop plans, document progress and support families through the treatment journey.

You will contribute to safeguarding patient safety, maintaining compliance with policies and providing exceptional patient experiences with clear, respectful communication.

Qualifications

• Related clinical experience in hospital settings.
• RN licensure and BLS certification required.

• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with patient and family.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to solve admission and discharge problems.

• Manages all aspects of patient admission and discharge.

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to solve admission and discharge problems.
• Collects comprehensive patient medical history. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with patients and their families.
• Provides family members with information about patient condition and plan of care.
• Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care.
• Follows hospital policies and procedures, making ethical decisions based on consent and confidentiality.
• Collaborates with nursing staff and attending physicians in establishing patient admission and discharge processes.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare admission policies and regulations. Maintains a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Manages all aspects of patient admission and discharge processes.
• Prepares, completes, and registers patient admissions.
• Other duties as assigned.
