Job summary

Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. is seeking a 1 Year-Term Employee Care Administrator based in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports employee care operations in a fast-paced setting within a unionized environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with leadership, maintaining files for audits, processing leave requests, and supporting accommodation and return-to-work processes. Fluency in French is an asset, and TSC clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

  • GED or equivalent, with preference for related advanced education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Eligibility to obtain Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and Federal Security Clearance.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and facilitating internal and external day-to-day inquiries from the P&C inbox.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand and coordinate operational impact as it relates to employee care.
  • Respond to external stakeholder requests as required.
  • Maintain employee electronic files to ensure compliance for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers to support employee care metrics.
  • Work closely within internal departments and operations to support accommodation and return to work processes.
  • Support the processing Leave Requests, Letters of Employment.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including status employment changes in an efficient and timely matter.
  • Support local employee care initiatives.
  • Champion and demonstrate PASS’s CARE culture in colleague, client and stakeholder relations.

What does the Employee Care Administrator do?

You will use yourstrong teamwork and communication skills as well as your knowledge of a unionized/regulated work environment to:

What you bring to PASS:

  • GED or equivalent, with preference to advanced education in a related field(i.e.BusinessAdministrationor Human Resourcesor equivalentin work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similarrole
  • Eligibility to obtain Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) and Federal Security Clearance.
  • Exceptional attention to detailand organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced andhigh-volumeenvironment
  • Effective communicationverbal/written and ability tocommunicatewith various audienceswhilemaintaindiplomacy and confidentiality
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able towork effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Proficiencywith standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and HR Systems
  • Understanding of Human Rights andCanada Labour Code
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset
