Job summary

Paladin Airport Security Services seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Vancouver-based team at the YVR office. You will support high-volume recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and help drive DEI hiring practices while maintaining brand integrity.

You bring 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and can obtain necessary security clearances. French is a plus; you’ll thrive in a hands-on, team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
• Clear criminal background; RAIC or ability to obtain Transport Security Clearance.
• French language is an asset; strong communication and confidentiality.

What does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator do?

You will use your experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through:

• Developing a working knowledge of position requirements and business needs by conducting intake meeting with hiring managers
• Building effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talent
• Sourcing and establishing core partnerships with agencies and educational institutions
• Screening and interviewing high volumes of candidates to ensure healthy pipelines
• Acting as brand ambassador for PASS at internal and external hiring and career events
• Collaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholders
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
• Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectiveness
• Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to support DE&I hiring practices

What you bring to PASS:

• You have 1-3 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition Role
• You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire)
• You have a clear criminal background record
• Fluency in French is considered an asset
• You are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environment
• You have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentiality
• You have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standards
• You thrive in high volume, fast-paced and evolving environment

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

This role is fully based on-site at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR). #PASS1A
