The APL Mobile Collections department is seeking skilled and experienced individuals to join our team. Mobile Collections staff are responsible for entering and scheduling collection appointments for patients in long-term care facilities and private residences throughout our mobile service areas. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in data entry. Intermediate computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on client service and public relations. Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. Flexibility to meet operational needs, including adapting to various work duties and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:A Medical Office Assistant or Unit Clerk certificate is considered an asset. Working knowledge of Connect Care and the Mobile Collection Information System (MCIS). Knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills. Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Training or coursework in leadership, process improvement, or change management.
