Challenges Awaiting You

  • Support the manager by performing administrative tasks: manage email and scheduling, billing, track and update accounts receivable.
  • Manage calls, process mail, handle petty cash, deposits, accounts payable, freight claims, and delivery summaries.
  • Inform the manager of administrative issues and suggest improvements.
  • Understand the business operations, products, and systems used.
  • Coordinate events or projects such as shows and customer events.
