The Remedial Measures Program is seeking two (2) casual Administrative Secretaries to support the program's operations. Reporting to the Manager, the Administrative Secretary will handle a range of duties related to the program's contract requirements and assist participants in accessing relevant information. Responsibilities include general clerical tasks, telephone duties, participant registration, statistical compilation, report generation, financial processes, document typing and editing, data entry, database management, photocopying, faxing, filing, scanning, spreadsheet management, and other administrative functions. These positions are located at our College Street site with working hours from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM ET.

Candidates must have completed post-secondary education and possess at least two (2) years of clerical, reception, or call center experience. Experience dealing with the public, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, sound judgment, discretion, tact, and courtesy are essential. The ability to work professionally with diverse participants, flexibility in task management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are required. Call center experience and the ability to work independently or in a team are preferred. Government clearance is necessary.
