Job description

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple professionals or a team.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and respond effectively.
  • Strong comprehension and interpretation skills for instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and present information to groups.
  • Knowledge of financial terms, principles, and basic financial analysis.
  • Ability to perform calculations involving percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Skills in document analysis and interpretation, including leasing documents.
  • Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and web publishing; familiarity with PowerPoint and InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to office or sales teams.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Coordinate marketing information distribution and maintain branding consistency.
  • Gather documentation for financial processes in compliance with policies and laws.
  • Manage marketing materials and coordinate with marketing and research groups.
  • Prepare and produce customized property information packages for clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain databases and generate reports; assist with website updates.
  • Assist with advertising schedules and inventory of marketing materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities.
  • Make decisions based on company policies and procedures to meet deadlines.
  • Set own project deadlines.
