Experience and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple professionals or a team.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and respond effectively.
- Strong comprehension and interpretation skills for instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and present information to groups.
- Knowledge of financial terms, principles, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to perform calculations involving percentages, discounts, and commissions.
- Skills in document analysis and interpretation, including leasing documents.
- Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and web publishing; familiarity with PowerPoint and InDesign is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office or sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
- Coordinate marketing information distribution and maintain branding consistency.
- Gather documentation for financial processes in compliance with policies and laws.
- Manage marketing materials and coordinate with marketing and research groups.
- Prepare and produce customized property information packages for clients.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain databases and generate reports; assist with website updates.
- Assist with advertising schedules and inventory of marketing materials.
