Compensation / Steady Stream of Income - Fixed Salary + Incentives, accompanied with multiple accelerated appraisal opportunities allows every individual to get an appraisal at any given time of the year. This continues until the individual’s fixed salary figure reaches to a six-digit number, before moving to an annual appraisal cycle. But having said that, our prime focus remains on “incentives” which generate extra wealth based on an individual's capability of hitting the monthly sales targets. With our advance pay incentive structure, you can earn a portion of your incentives even before Square Yards receives its commission from the developer.
