The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, financial, logistical and operational support for the planning, development and implementation of academic and operational related activities within the SFU Stephens Family School of Medicine’s – Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) program. The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the UGME program, providing confidential administration support for operational and academic activities, including providing committee support, administering budgets and developing policies, procedures, and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and two years of related experience, including project management or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
