You will manage reception tasks, address OS&D issues, trace freight, and verify payroll/time cards for drivers, while supporting related projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs reception duties by receiving calls, determining the nature of business and directing accordingly.
• OS&D duties by identifying over, short and astray freight and trying to rectify the problem.
• Tracing of freight which includes looking for missing freight, looking up POD’s and B/L’s, finding out when a shipment was delivered.
• Adjust errors and complaints where applicable.
• Prepare and verify P&D Driver payroll and time cards.
• Assist with related projects as required.
