Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a formally organized and proactive Sample Admin Coordinator to support Brand and Product teams. You will manage development and marketing samples, coordinate internal distribution, and maintain sample storage.

The role emphasizes teamwork, independent task completion, and adaptability during peak periods. The on-campus schedule is 8 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities to engage across Aldo & Call It Spring brands, and participate in a culture that values belonging and meaningful

Responsibilities

• Handle movement and management of all development and marketing samples to support Product Creation & Brand teams.
• Receive, process and distribute inbound samples to the appropriate dept-team.
• Maintain organization of samples in storage and manage disposal of sample half-pairs.
• Support outbound sample coordination for brand activities and peak selling periods.
• Coordinate general sample ordering periods and PLM data entry; track vendor communications.

Brand & Product Operations, Sample Admin Coordinator

Reporting to the Sample Manager, the Sample Admin Coordinator is responsible for the movement and management of all Development samples & General Marketing samples to support the Product Creation & Brand teams for all ALDO Group brands & divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• DC Operations: all brands & divisions
• Receive, process & distribute all inbound samples to the appropriate dept-team
• Maintain the organization of all samples in storage in the DC
• Manage the disposal of sample half pairs, while optimizing full pairs for future sample sales
• Support the organization of outbound samples for brand activities
• Development samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands
• Support peak period movements: showroom set-up for Filtering & Buying activities
• Support quarterly sell-in periods with category photography: 360 and enhanced
• Marketing samples: Aldo & Call It Spring brands
• Support the coordination of all General sample ordering periods: Order Forms & PLM data entry
• Support the management of all Vendor communications (order share-out & delivery tracking)
• Support a regular cadence of General sample delivery follow-up reporting
• Liaise with Product Development & Brand teams upon sample arrival for sample validation steps
• Production samples: Aldo, Call It Spring brands & APS brands
• Support in-season Merchandise activities by processing & distributing TOP samplesSupport Ecomm photography by tracking Confirmation sample arrival, validation & processing

Job Requirements

• Available to work full-time on-campus from 8-4pm
• Proactive, organized and energetic personality
• Physically fit and able to manipulate sample cartons
• Team player and can take direction to complete tasks independently
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
• Warehouse experience is considered an asset
• Retail experience or interest in fashion is considered an asset
