On the inbound side, you monitor supplier performance, resolve labeling and shipping non‑compliance, and manage supplier chargebacks. On the outbound side, you help manage wholesale customer chargebacks tied to distribution center shipments, working with the DC to investigate, document, and dispute them. You'll keep shipment and product data accurate across systems and produce the compliance reporting that feeds monthly S&OP discussions.
