Title: Administrative Coordinator
Salary: $59,336 - $74,169 - $81,586 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri core hours 9am-3pm)
Location: Park Royal (Metro Vancouver) – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About the role
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administration, coordination, facilitation, office management support, and technical support for FNHDA Leadership team. You will participate in the development and implementation of plans, systems, processes and procedures. As well as you will provide secretariat support, including the preparation of agendas, meeting packages and materials, travel arrangements, logistic support at meetings, minute and decision note taking. Additionally, you will coordinate, prepare, and review purchase requisitions, expense reports, and other financial claims.
