A two‑year diploma in Business or Office Administration is preferred, along with 2‑3 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) is essential. Strong digital literacy, including experience with Adobe Acrobat, cloud‑based collaboration tools, and video conferencing platforms, is required. Familiarity with online research tools, databases, and CRM systems is necessary; experience with Workday and Salesforce is a strong asset. Managing hybrid‑platform environments is a plus. Strong mathematical skills are essential, and comfort with accounting principles is beneficial.
Salary Range: $57,000 - $63,000. Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
