Position Overview

CHALLENGES AWAITING YOU :

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant whose versatility and ability to prioritize and organize are matched only by their exemplary customer approach and professionalism.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO :

Play a key role in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Professional Practice.

The Administrative Assistant provides effective, proactive, and confidential administrative support to the Vice President and members of her team, including the Quality and Risk Management Department.

The Administrative Assistant acts as a point of contact with the extended executive team and other key stakeholders. The incumbent manages information flows in a timely and accurate manner and supports the VP with tasks such as scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes of meetings and any other administrative tasks as may be required.

The Administrative Assistant is also the Patient Relations Delegate.

The incumbent will operate in a manner consistent with HGH’s mission, vision and values. The Administrative Assistant must function with a high degree of independence and autonomy in many day-to-day aspects of the role. The incumbent must also demonstrate a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

  • College Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent

  • Possesses advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
