What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in White Rock is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a successful Advisor Team. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding client service.

What will you do?
  • Prepare account opening documents
  • Follow up with clients or back office on documentation
  • Monitor client trades for proper settlement and delivery
  • Review daily account activity online and via reports to maintain current knowledge
  • Manage pending plan transfers for proper settlement and delivery
  • Schedule and prepare for portfolio reviews
  • Prepare client review materials, correspondence, and reports
  • Use contact management systems for task management and record-keeping
  • Assist with filing and mailings such as seminars, newsletters, and info packages
  • Perform administrative tasks including mail review and answering calls

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, registration, performance, market conditions, and business needs. The base salary range is $37,500 - $45,000, with potential for discretionary incentives up to 0.5x salary.
