THE ROLE

The Administrative Assistant ensures the collection of necessary documentation and arrangement of topic briefings as required by the Senior Manager, PSP in preparation for conferences, meetings, and appointments. They provide administrative support such as data entry, word processing, faxing, photocopying, internal/external correspondence, distribution and follow-up action. The Administrative Assistant organizes meetings, advises attendees, drafts and distributes agendas and minutes. They also organize event calendar and processes invoices and travel claims.

Qualifications Needed

Education, Certifications and Licenses High School diploma AND several years experience in administration or in a related field

Other Information

This is an on-site position with an assigned work location.

This position typically follows a Monday through Friday, normal business hours schedule, 37.5 hours a week.

This temporary employment is expected to end on 31 March 2027.

Keep our Canadian Armed Forces operationally ready and their families and military community healthy as part of the team at Personnel Support Programs.

Personnel Support Programs contributes to the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs to military communities across Canada and members while on deployment.
