This is an exciting opportunity to join our Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) department and provide administrative support to our growing global team of 50+ based across Victoria, Vancouver, London, and Mumbai. The role focuses on travel-related tasks, as well as supporting ongoing projects and events throughout the year. On behalf of BCI’s clients, the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) team invests globally in infrastructure assets and businesses that provide stable long-term investment returns. The portfolio has $28+ billion in AUM and ranks as the ninth largest institutional infrastructure investor globally. It spans sectors including energy, transport, utilities, data infrastructure, timberland, and agriculture.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the EVP & Global Head, the Administrative Assistant performs a range of administrative functions to support the global I&RR department, with a focus on travel and expenses management.
The role requires effectiveness in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to changing priorities, and high accuracy and attention to detail.
Downtown Victoria office.
CAD $58,000 - $65,000, with a competitive benefits package including health & dental, pension, and paid time off.
