Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team in Nashville. This in-office position will support members of the investment team as well as broader firmwide tasks.

Responsibilities

Dedicated Administrative Support

  • Support two principal-level investment team members
  • Maintain Outlook calendars, including creating and prioritizing appointments and travel
  • Interact with senior executives, board members and other executives

Office Management

  • Maintain an impeccable physical office environment suitable for hosting frequent high-level meetings
  • Coordinate information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain fully stocked kitchen, conference rooms and office supplies inventory plus office equipment maintenance
  • Facilitate property management coordination re : common area / building service requests

Front Desk Duty

  • Support main line phone / doorbell (including badge entry oversite)

Office Hosting & Event Coordination

  • Conference room set-up / clean-up
  • Participate in event coordination and occasional event staffing on behalf of the firm
  • Administrative support for event-related material preparation

Qualifications

  • High degree of professionalism and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to seamlessly manage a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Significant administrative support experience reporting to multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Outlook is a critical skill set – and can become familiar with firm-specific CRM and other office management programs
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
