Job summary

Enviro-Tech Mechanical Services Ltd. in Vancouver, BC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our service operations in a fast-paced HVAC/R environment.

The role requires at least two years of customer service experience, a high school diploma and familiarity with ERP systems. You will handle data, vendor engagement, contract administration and health-and-safety support while maintaining compliance and contributing to team success.

A Day In The Life
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our service operations. This will include maintaining data and records, portal and vendor engagement, customer contract administration, health and safety committee support, as well as other duties that will ensure our operational compliance with the delivery of our HVAC/R model. The successful candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills within a in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to working within a wide variety of responsibilities. This is an active job opening for a vacancy that currently needs to be filled.
