Northbound Contractors Ltd. in Norman Wells, NT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our on-site location. This full-time, permanent role requires organizing tasks, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.

You will work with MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader to handle communications and documentation, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. On-site work, 32–37 hours per week, with possible evenings or weekends.
