Efficient Builder Inc. is hiring a Construction Helper (NOC 75110) for our Beaumont, AB site. This on-site role involves loading materials, assisting with framing and roofing, and supporting demolition work.

The position requires 2–3 years of experience, English language skills, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Equipment training and safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of construction experience.
• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Perform pre-operational inspections.
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements.
