Job description

Title: Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing

Location: Kitchener, ON

Wage: $20.00 - 21.00/hr

Shift: Day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to start with one of our clients in Kitchener, ON. This position is bus accessible and has the possibility of long-term work based on performance.

Note: Due to schedule requirements/demands, this role is not suitable for students.

Job Description:

  • Support and maintain client customers
  • End-to-end management process within ERP system
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Act as liaison between customers, production, and sales
  • Maintain relationships with customers, work orders, and resolutions
  • Process daily invoicing and credits

Requirements:

  • Proficient Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of ERP programs/process
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills required
  • Excellent listening skills and problem-solving
  • Previous 2 years experience in a similar role
