Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Gretna, MB to provide comprehensive office support. You will handle data entry, reporting, mail, and scheduling while coordinating Workday time entries, invoice coding in Markview, and Oracle Financial activities.

The role requires strong organization and communication with on-site presence five days weekly. Preferred candidates have 3+ years of admin experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Workday/Oracle systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of office administrative experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Workday/Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Gretna Area Staff (data entry, filing, phone duties, mail).
  • Create reports and manage accrual reporting; handle inbound/outbound mail.
  • Process weekly time entries in Workday; code invoices in Markview; manage Work Orders in Oracle Financial.
  • Process expense reports in iExpense; assist with vendor inquiries and HR questions.
  • Help with meeting prep, travel arrangements, and on-site training logistics.
  • Support safety orientation delivery and log contractor safety training.

If you are motivated to excel and flourish in a cooperative atmosphere, we want to hear from you!What You Will Do:As an Administrative Assistant, your main duties will involve:Offer administrative assistance to Gretna Area Staff, including data entry, filing, telephone duties, report creation, accrual reporting, handling incoming/outgoing mail and personnel.Understand and provide data entry support in various applications, such as weekly time entries into Workday, invoice coding and approvals in Markview, and creation/updates of Work Orders in Oracle Financial.Process expense reports for self and others as required in iExpense (Oracle Financial).Handle accounts payable inquiries from suppliers and vendors.Support local personnel with HR-related inquiries and assist with the coordination of on-site training.Assist with meeting preparation and travel arrangements.Support delivery of Safety Orientation (Annual, Site-Specific) and log contractor safety training.Who You Are:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Skilled in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Markview and Oracle is viewed as a plus.At least three years of relevant office administrative experience is required.
