This position resides in the Ministry of Hospital and Surgical Health Services under the Finance and Capital Planning Division, Financial Reporting Branch.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High school diploma and three (3) years of related experience.

Equivalency: Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of:

  • One year of experience for one year of education; or
  • One year of education for one year of experience.

Assets:

  • Experience using ARTS, 1GX, and BERNIE systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Experience working with HR, administrative, financial, or records management systems.
  • Knowledge of Government of Alberta processes, systems, and administrative practices is considered an asset.

  • 36.25 hours per week
  • Location: 10020 100 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5J 0N5
  • Final candidates will be required to undergo a criminal records check (CRC).
  • Shift Work: Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM
