We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support within a private organization in Barrie. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, documentation, coordination, follow-up, and general administrative tasks while supporting a variety of ongoing business and operational needs.
