  • Answering office calls
  • Filling invoices
  • Entering payments
  • Provide support for client and supplier account operations
  • Create purchase orders
  • Receive purchase orders
  • Open new client ans supplier accounts
  • Send account statements
  • Perform other administrative tasks
Skills
  • Hold a DEP or AEC in accounting
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or relevant experience
  • Be fully bilingual, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 accounting software (an asset)
  • Team player
  • Ability to determine and manage priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills
Schedule and Salary
  • Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
  • Hybrid work, 2 days per week at our Waterloo office
