Job description

Airswift is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant II to join one of our major energy oil & gas clients in Nanticoke, ON. This is an initial 1-year contract with a high potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Perform typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
  • Assist with special projects, including recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
  • Multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Manage materials ordering and purchase order administration.
  • Handle service entry sheet approvals.
  • Work with moderate supervision, identify issues/problems, and seek assistance when needed.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong SAP skills.
  • Effective administrative coordination abilities.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
