JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
Under limited supervision, provides a variety of administrative and secretarial support services on behalf of a business unit or department. The work product facilitates the work of others within the immediate organizational unit.
The Administrative Assistant II will support Electronic Warfare and Test Pilot School. The job duties of an Administrative Assistant II include, but are not limited to, the following. The Administrative Assistant II will assist in coordinating the work within the EW and TPS sections at the direction of a project lead and department manager and will be responsible for supporting all sections administrative needs within the departments. A high skill set in multi-tasking, good written and verbal communication skills, and data entry experience is required. The incumbent will support a diverse test support team in the areas of timekeeping, travel coordination, material ordering, customer service, data entry and tracking, procedure editing, executive planning, employee recognition, suspense tracking, training coordination and monitoring, and special event planning and coordination for EW and TPS, government, and program customers. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting weekly, monthly, and semi-annual inputs for reports associated with the performance of personnel, sections, and the department as a whole.
This job is performed at EW and TPS, in a real-time mission support environment. The successful candidate will be able to work in a high pressure, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive customer focus. Demonstrated, successful adaptation to such (similarly demanding) environments is a plus. This candidate could potentially be cross utilized within other areas of EW and TPS to support specific assignments or project support tasks.
Highly desired experience would include working in an environment that supports real-time operations. Familiar with purchasing software, timekeeping systems, government travel systems, training management systems, and the ability to be cross-trained in various areas within the front office. The incumbent having an active DoD secret security clearance is desired.
Finally, the successful candidate must be a team player. Someone who is eager to learn, and just as eager to share his/her knowledge in order to strengthen the team.
High School diploma or equivalent, completion of formal training in general administrative areas and 3 or more years' experience in an administrative capacity. Proficient in the use of a personal computer, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics/presentation software, and use of the Internet and other commonly used electronic communication tools. Excellent written communication skills and organizational skills.
The incumbent must possess a valid, state issued driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
The expected pay range for this position is $47,840 to $54,000 annually. The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Work is primarily sedentary in an office environment; however, some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for such purposes as filing and gathering supplies.
