Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake assessments, complete required documentation, and orient patients to program guidelines and policies.
- Support patient case management based on treatment plans, including referrals, community resources and short-term counseling sessions.
- Assist walk-in patients with fast-track access to the program, both in-person and virtually.
- Implement crisis intervention techniques and overall quality documentation practices in line with company policies and procedures.
- Go above and beyond to foster the CARE principles with patients, colleagues and the community.
- Participate in community outreach efforts and build partnerships with local organizations to enhance patient support and clinic growth.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Degree or Diploma in Drug & Alcohol Counselling and/or related education.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Substance Use, Mental Health and/or related fields.
- Recent, acceptable Criminal Reference Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification is an asset.
- Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; showing professional demeanor with initiative and accountability and empathy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships within the community to support patient care, clinic growth and service access.
