  • Drive business growth by strengthening client relationships and expanding Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Utilize advanced financial planning tools and technology to deliver comprehensive, customized wealth plans.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to portfolio rebalancing, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate MPW’s investment philosophy and risk management approach effectively to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, mitigating risk for clients and the firm.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery, improve investment solutions, and optimize the client experience.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing discretionary investment management services to high-net-worth clients.
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent considered an asset).

  • Registered (or eligible for registration) as an Advising Representative with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
  • Deep expertise in global markets and investment strategies, with a strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance best practices, and the operational infrastructure of private wealth management.
  • Technologically proficient, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and portfolio management tools.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic wealth planning solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence high-net-worth clients.
  • Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong ethical judgment, professional integrity, and commitment to excellence.
  • Active participant in community and professional networking initiatives.
  • Multilingual capabilities are an asset.
